Job Title: Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Support Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a key member of our support team, you will work across various primary and SEND schools in Hemel Hempstead, providing essential support to students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with their learning and development in a primary and SEND school setting
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group work to students with additional needs
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Further education experience, lecturing, or tutoring experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Right to work in the U.K.
