Mowgli Street Food is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Deputy and General Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Support the Deputy and General Manager in managing the restaurant floor, including supervising staff, managing customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to ensure staff are motivated and engaged.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.

•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

•⁠ ⁠Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
