Job Title: Store Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Store Director to lead our German Doner Kebab restaurant team. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, including supervisors and team members.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Food Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including sales, costs, and profits.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead a team of restaurant staff.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.
  • Food Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer software, including restaurant management systems.
