We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our M&S Bank team. As a key member of our Contact Centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high levels of customer support and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Build rapport with customers through active listening and empathy
• Maintain and update customer account details accurately and efficiently
• Act as a digital advocate, helping customers understand and use our digital platforms to service their accounts
