MARS Recruitment is partnering with a pioneering specialist manufacturer to support their recruitment of a Technical Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to join a global sales team selling capital equipment and sub-contract services to other manufacturers and academia.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for the sales and promotion of our clients' systems and subcontract, predominantly in the UK, Europe, and Rest of world (excluding the US).
- Meet sales and margin targets through effective sales management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts.
- Travel nationally and internationally, approximately 2-3 times per quarter.
- Sales experience of technical products and services to industry.
- Experience of international sales territory management.
- Proven ability to sell technical services and develop repeat customers and Key Accounts.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Benefits package including 25 days holiday, Group Personal Pension, Private Medical Scheme (BUPA), and Permanent health insurance and death-in-service benefit.
Please note that this role will be onsite for the first 3 months whilst you will be going through extensive training. It will then move into a hybrid working model.
