Housing Development Specialist

HARRON HOMES LIMITED is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our housing developments.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, documents, and specifications for construction projects.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors, to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors to obtain necessary approvals and certifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including drawing revisions, issue sheets, and SAP certificates.
- HNC/HND/degree in Building, Civil Engineering, or Architectural design.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural documentation and coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong understanding of CDM Regulations, Building Regulations, and LABC/NHBC requirements.
- An estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
