Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager to join our team at VertaseFLI Limited. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for the commercial delivery of successful projects, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NEC, JCT, or ICE contracts and extensive client-facing experience.

Key Accountabilities
* Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
* Monitor and maintain efficient use of plant, personnel, and materials to identify efficiencies and savings
* Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement strategies to improve project performance

Skills and Qualifications
* BSc in a relevant field (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Construction Management)
* Chartered status (RICS desirable but not essential)
* Proven experience in a quantity surveying or commercial management role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation and Benefits
VertaseFLI Limited offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
