Job Description:
This exciting opportunity as a Technical Infrastructure Manager will see you working closely with our development team to drive the success of our infrastructure projects. You'll be responsible for evaluating and coordinating technical information, developing effective interfaces, and providing ongoing technical support.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in building studies/construction/engineering or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the house building industry.
- Excellent IT skills, including AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations, LABC/NHBC requirements, and Codes of Practice.
- Persuasion and influencing skills.
