Rate Of Pay: £11.55

Shift Patterns: 33.75 hrs a Week - Full Time, permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at White Windows. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
  • Administer medication and conduct assessments as required.
  • Ensure that care plans are up-to-date and reflect the changing needs of our residents.
  • Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents, promoting a safe and confident living environment.
  • Be involved in delivering daily activities and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
  • Manage and help organize the duty rota to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Carry out duties as requested by senior management.
About the Service

White Windows is a wheelchair-accessible residential home providing support and accommodation for up to 25 individuals with physical disabilities or neurological conditions.

We support individuals with cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, or hydrocephalus, as well as those living with Parkinson's or Huntington's Diseases.

Necessary Experience or Qualifications:

  • NVQ 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
