About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Strategic Partnerships Development to lead and execute an ambitious growth strategy, focusing on creative and content brand partnerships for revenue growth.

This role requires strong commercial relationships with key agency contacts, advertisers, and creative partners. You will work closely with strategists and the Trade Marketing team to build our brand and presence within agencies, engage clients and agency planning teams, and implement immersion sessions with challenge and growth clients.

The ideal candidate will have a history of winning large-scale creative briefs and campaigns at an agency or client. They must be passionate about all Mail Metro Media brands and committed to diversity, inclusion, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to maintain and accelerate revenue growth in the partnership, video, podcast, and wider commercial content space.
  • Collaborate with the MMM client category and planning teams to deliver first-class partnership campaigns from ideation to PCA.
  • Actively review the team's work to ensure high-quality output.
  • Support the development of innovative content solutions that meet client business objectives.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital, print & AV solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing partnership strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
