Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled People Business Partner to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our People Performance team, you will work closely with Regional/Area Managers to deliver our people plans and support the growth of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to review their people and colleague experience
  • Collaborate with other teams within the People function to drive business results
  • Complete talent reviews with stakeholders and agree actions to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement succession plans for key roles
  • Support the upskilling of managers to drive business performance
  • Maintain a focus on colleague engagement and well-being
  • Support new store openings and closure processes
  • Manage employee relations cases to ensure a positive employee experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar generalist HR/People role
  • Experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases
  • Experience of working within a highly customer-centric or retail environment
  • Ability to work with data to drive business outcomes
  • Natural curiosity and ability to solve problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build effective relationships
  • Ability to collaborate, persuade and influence
  • Assertive, resilient and tenacious with ability to work well under pressure

Next Steps
