About the Role

The Sales Coordinator is a key member of the Sales & Marketing Team, responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of sales-related activities. This role involves responding to customer requests, monitoring sales reporting, and creating sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to external customer requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure notes from internal meetings are taken and follow-up actions are listed
  • Monitor and review sales-related reporting, including the Monthly S&M report and Tentative Review report
  • Create sales presentations and relevant support documents
  • Assist the Sales team with arranging Fam trips, events, and sales trips
  • Be responsible for Event and Group enquiries, quoting hotel information, rates, and availability, and preparing detailed proposals
  • Ensure all booking details are accurately logged in Envision and communicated to the Event Planning team upon handover
