Corporate BDM Team Lead Position
E1 Partners is recruiting for a Corporate BDM Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a central role in developing, leading, and building a high-performing team of Corporate BDMs.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute strategies that drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with our Commercial teams to refine value propositions and expand opportunities, leveraging your analytical mindset and experience using metrics to support decision-making.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams. Your strong sales background, combined with your ability to design and manage incentive programs, will be essential in motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of £70,000 - £90,000 (DOE) and commission of up to £50,000 OTE. Our benefits include a permanent, full-time contract, strong company culture, and flexibility.
