We are seeking a skilled SEN Specialist Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd in Slough. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs, including ASD and ADHD. Job Summary:

As an SEN Specialist Assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to a pupil with ASD, as well as supporting a small group of children with complex needs. Your duties will include assisting children with behaviour management strategies, supporting pupils with learning difficulties in a classroom setting, and collaborating with teachers to develop individualized learning plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £86 per day, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
