Support Worker for Special Educational Needs

We are seeking a Support Worker for Special Educational Needs to join our team at Fulmer Infant School. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with class teachers to support a child with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis.
Responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized learning plans, providing one-to-one support and guidance, and collaborating with other staff members to ensure the child's needs are met. You will also have the opportunity to participate in whole-school initiatives aimed at promoting inclusivity and supporting students with diverse needs.
