We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Nursery Manager to oversee the operations of our nursery facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both children and team members.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day operations of the nursery facility.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursery staff.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.


Requirements:


  • A minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years care and Education.
  • Commitment to working with our children, within the Early Years sector, is essential.
  • Creative skills and imagination to provide educational activities to children.
  • Building relationships, our children thrive in our settings when they have strong bonds and healthy relationships with Nursery Practitioners.
  • Personal skills – to be personable and approachable with children's parents.
  • Experience working with children in a childcare setting.
  • Background in early childhood education.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Drive and passion for working with young children.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to effectively manage a nursery facility.
