About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated leader to join our team as a Nursery Manager at Tops Corfe Mullen. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe, educational, and engaging environment for children. You will supervise children, ensure their safety, and organize activities such as games, crafts, and educational tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Level 3 Early Years Qualification (minimum)
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team
  • An in-depth understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with staff, parents, and children alike
