Salary: £42,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (including one unpaid hour for lunch)

About: Parkside Recruitment is seeking a proactive and experienced Fire Service Manager to oversee the Fire Service Department. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Fire Service Department, including budget oversight, Fire Service Engineers, and liaison with the Fire Installation Department.
- Scheduling and supervising Fire Service Engineer visits, ensuring they have appropriate paperwork and service bookings.
- Processing and acting on returned service documentation, including call-outs, remedial work, and recommendations.
- Organizing customer service reminders and renewing service agreements.
- Overseeing out-of-hours call-out management and escalation.
- Approving Fire Service Engineers' timesheets, monitoring attendance, and managing holidays and absenteeism.
- Preparing quotes for fire extinguishers, minor works, and installations, following British Standards.
- Managing fire activations, false alarms, and customer complaints.
- Providing technical support and hands-on assistance to engineers on-site when necessary.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will be proactive and flexible, capable of managing various responsibilities effectively. A willingness to learn and support the Fire Department Manager is essential.
