Job Title: Technical Lead Firing Unit Design Engineer

A highly skilled Technical Lead Firing Unit Design Engineer is required for a full-time on-site contract assignment based in Stevenage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the cost, schedule, quality, and performance of tasks within their skill domain, reporting to the Engineering Project Manager.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions in collaboration with other skill domains.
  • Coordinate and manage resources to deliver project tasks within their skill area.
  • Apply relevant development methods and processes.
  • Support technical problem-solving and analysis.
  • Provide regular progress and issue reports to the Engineering Project Manager and line manager.
  • Generate schedule and cost estimates for tasks validated by their line manager.
Participation and Collaboration:
  • Participate in project and product delivery reviews within EE.
  • Engage in peer reviews and design reviews.
