About the Role:
Zenopa is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in the Southeast of the UK. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site corrective and preventive maintenance for customers' water treatment equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve equipment issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide tailored maintenance and repair services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work variable hours as required.
- Ability to travel to client sites within the Southeast of the UK and potentially other areas, depending on work schedule.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in water treatment equipment maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
