Project Safety Case Manager

About the Role:
NNL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Safety Case Manager to join our team. As a Project Safety Case Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's continued compliance with all safety case-related Site Licence Conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of governance arrangements to ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, environmental, safety, and quality requirements.
* Develop and implement a clear strategy for the ongoing management of the project safety case.
* Act as the primary point of contact for project safety case issues.
* Sponsor documentation through the safety committee.
* Ensure the project safety case is clear, fit for purpose, pragmatic, and user-friendly.
* Provide high-quality safety case advice to stakeholders.
* Identify and drive improvement initiatives on safety case understanding and implementation.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislative, regulatory, and company policy, standards, and procedures.
Requirements:
* Experienced in working in a regulated industry.
* Compliance professional with a degree-level education and extensive practical experience in a safety case management role.
* Ability to analyze and interpret complex information and make decisions based on this information.
* Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
* Experience of remaining calm under stressful circumstances.
* Ability to influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
