Payroll Management Specialist

Interaction Recruitment is looking for a skilled Payroll Management Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
* Processing the weekly payroll of temporary workers
* Coordinating pension administration and interfacing with pension providers
* Calculating Holiday entitlements and processing Tax Codes
* Handling statutory payments and responding to employee queries
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in payroll processing and a strong understanding of current legislation
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft tools
* A proactive approach and knowledge of GDPR & Data Protection regulations
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company like Interaction Recruitment. Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience. Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
