We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team at Swift Temps Ltd in Worcester. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for assembling printed circuit boards and electrical standard products.

About the Role
  • Assemble printed circuit boards and electrical standard products with high precision and quality.
  • Read and interpret Bill of Materials and schematic drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Use Soldering Iron to install and/or rework thru-hole components on printed circuit boards.
  • Inspect and review components and PCBs prior to and after assembly for quality requirements.
  • Maintain good paperwork and communicate effectively with the team leader or engineer as appropriate.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in electronics assembly and manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
