About the Role:
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for supporting sales on the Spanish market by developing the range of products acquired by public and private clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deal with customers' enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat
- Advise new and existing clients on the range of products available
- Maintain and develop customer relationships
- Provide quotations based on customer specifications
- Create new accounts into the system and monitor their activities
- Translate technical or general documentation when required
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish essential
- Interest in continuing/kicking off a career in sales or business development
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Strong presentation skills
- Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Online Tools...)
