Spanish Speaking Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Spanish speaking Business Sales Support professional to join our team at French Selection UK.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various communication channels, providing exceptional support and guidance on our product range.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations based on customer specifications, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize our CRM system to create new accounts and monitor customer activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Translate technical and general documentation as required, ensuring clarity and precision in our communication.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role.
- A strong interest in sales or business development, with a desire to continue growing and developing in this field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ambitious and self-motivated individual, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook, as well as online tools and platforms.
- Experience in client interaction, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
