Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a rotational role. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or experienced therapist to gain a broad range of learning opportunities and develop their skills in a fast-paced acute hospital setting.

As a Rotational Occupational Therapist, you will work across various specialties, including Acute and Emergency Medicine, Orthopaedics and Surgery, Neurology, Hand Therapy, and Complex Medicine. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and multi-disciplinary team members, developing your clinical skills and knowledge.

The role requires a strong foundation in occupational therapy assessment and treatment techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for performing therapeutic assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and supervising work experience students.

Main Duties

Perform therapeutic assessments of patients with diverse physical and psychological conditions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Supervise work experience students

Contribute to evidence-based audit and research projects
