Mobile Contract Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Contract Supervisor to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our commercial portfolio management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our clients' commercial properties in the South East region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of six engineers across multiple sites, ensuring effective delivery of maintenance services.
- Identify and quote for ad-hoc, extra, and minor works across the sites, ensuring compliance with statutory and code requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring all sites remain compliant with the latest technical and health and safety guidance.
- Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is carried out, and all PPM schedules are utilized and up-to-date.
- Provide feedback on team and individual performance, conducting regular 1-2-1 and team meetings, and performance reviews.
- First-line supervision of Specialist Service Contractors, including induction and signing off, and actioning minor works.
- Utilize Help Desk and PPM systems to monitor staff's performance and ensure service delivery and all SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Review log books to ensure they are up-to-date and hold all relevant information.
- Carry out hands-on PPM and reactive maintenance as required.
- Attend client meetings and provide technical support to the client and engineering team.
- Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering qualification (HNC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
- 2-3 years of leadership experience combined with good Mechanical and Electrical technical knowledge.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor across multiple Contracts/Projects.
- Capable of costing and supervising Reactive Repairs and Small Project works.
- A proven track record of delivery within the M&E Maintenance sector.
- Knowledge of SFG20 or equivalent maintenance schedules.
- Experienced in Statutory & Mandatory Compliance Maintenance Records.
- IOSH Working / Managing Safely, Safe system of Work Procedure – PTW; RAMS, etc.
- Team Player.
- Computer Literate.
- Able to Work on Own Initiative.
