About the Role:
In our Barchester care homes, as a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality person-centred care and support to residents with varying needs. Your key responsibilities will include supervising a team of Care Assistants, collaborating with the clinical team on tasks such as medication management, assessments, and care planning.
You will be expected to respect residents' dignity and create a warm, welcoming environment that promotes their well-being.
