About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in St. Teath, Cornwall. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to achieve their goals and maintain important relationships.
  • Support individuals with daily tasks, such as taking medication, cooking meals, and using public transport.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting the values of Kind, Diverse, Positive, and Visionary.
