We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Bexhill team. The applicant must have experience in care and be confident with leading and supporting a team. If you feel you are someone that could fulfil this role, please click 'Apply' or call 07969697593 to arrange an interview.

**The Role**:
- Work in unison with the nurse on duty, whilst training under them
- Make the care of residents and their families a priority in all aspects of the work of the home
- Maintain positive working relationships and communication with other healthcare professionals, the CQC, social service departments and any other external regulatory body
- Maintain open, transparent and effective communications with directors, carers, clients, relatives and any other concerned bodies
- Support care staff with daily allocation ensuring an even split of staff strengths across all areas of the home and help to oversee daily mid-morning handovers
- Work with the team to develop resident’s life histories, hobbies and update care plans to reflect a person centred approach and delivery of positive outcomes
- Ensure all required documentation is kept up to date and of a high standard;
- Identify strengths and areas of required development for individual staff members through the use of regular supervision

- Pay - Starting at £10.00ph
- Contract Type - Permanent - 36hrs-48 a week
- Shift Pattern - 8am - 8pm

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
