Job Title: Clinical Practice Educator - Patient Transport

University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is seeking a Clinical Practice Educator - Patient Transport to join our team. As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of patient transport services, working closely with hospital departments, ambulance providers, and patients to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage patient transport bookings, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of patients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital departments, ambulance providers, and patients to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide education and training to staff on patient transport procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient transport services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
