**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Lead to join our team at Listgrove Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to lead the procurement function and drive strategic purchasing strategies in line with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-million pound spends, experience of polymers or speciality chemicals, and strong leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic purchasing strategies, managing vendor relationships, and reducing costs while maintaining quality.

This role requires a hands-on can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to organise, plan, and prioritise. If you are a driven and motivated individual with a passion for procurement, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategic purchasing strategies in line with business objectives
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Reduce costs while maintaining quality
  • Lead the purchasing team and provide guidance on best practices

**Requirements:**

  • Formal qualification in supply chain management or equivalent business qualification
  • Previous procurement experience of at least 15-20 years
  • Strong procurement and contract management knowledge and experience
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million pound spends

**Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum**, depending on experience.
