About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager - Banking to lead our customer-facing teams and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, reducing cycle times and increasing efficiency;">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and collaboration;">
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive innovation;">
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives;">

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in banking or financial services;">
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency;">
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams;">
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;">
  • Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience;">
