Job Description
  • Develop and implement a world-class curriculum, inspiring students and driving academic achievement.
  • Mentor and support teaching staff, promoting professional growth and excellence in classroom practice.
  • Lead the analysis of student progress data, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted strategies.
  • Partner with the Headteacher to drive the school's strategic objectives, setting priorities and achieving long-term goals.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARENTS, CARERS, AND COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS TO ENHANCE STUDENT OUTCOMES AND WELL-BEING.
