Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in classroom teaching and leadership roles, and will be able to demonstrate expertise in driving curriculum excellence, mentoring and coaching teaching staff, monitoring student progress, and building strong relationships with parents, carers, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Curriculum: Develop and implement an innovative and ambitious curriculum that inspires all learners.
  • Mentor and Coach Staff: Mentor and coach teaching staff to ensure high-quality classroom practice and foster professional growth.
  • Monitor Student Progress: Monitor and evaluate student progress data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to raise attainment.
  • Collaborate with the Headteacher: Collaborate with the Headteacher to implement the school's vision, set priorities, and achieve long-term goals.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and community stakeholders to enhance student success and well-being.
