Job Title: Headteacher's Support Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and organised professional to support the Headteacher and senior leadership team at TimePlan Education.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Headteacher and senior leadership team, ensuring efficient completion of tasks and maintaining confidentiality. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide administrative support to the Headteacher and senior leadership team.
  • Manage confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Liaise with the Headteacher and Senior Management to address concerns and provide solutions.
  • Assist with diary management and coordinate meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents, staff, and pupils.

This is a full-time, permanent position, 5 days a week, 8 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday.

About You

We are looking for an experienced individual with:

  • Proven experience working within an educational setting.
  • A valid DBS check on the update service.
Compensation Package

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
