About the Role
We are seeking an experienced freelance senior quantity surveyor to join our client's team on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale new build projects in the South East region. Key Responsibilities
* Strong stage 4 cost planning experience * Experience in delivering medium to large-scale projects * Ability to work on a £100m new build scheme with 7 separate blocks Requirements
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction processes * Excellent communication and project management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer
