Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in West London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on high-end residential new build projects, with a strong understanding of construction management and quantity surveying principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the completion of a £25m new build JCT D&B single residential dwelling in Oxon
  • Collaborate with discerning clients and exceptional brands on new builds, heavy and structural refurbishments, and fit-outs
  • Participate in the design development process and key decision-making on procurement, timing, and logistics
  • Report to the Managing Surveyor and work closely with the project team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with PRIME residential, heritage buildings, hotels, museums, and commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of construction management and quantity surveying principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
