Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in West London. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of high-end residential projects, working closely with our clients and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

About the Role:

  • Lead the quantity surveying function on high-end residential projects, ensuring accurate cost control and management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to the development of project budgets, forecasts, and reports, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on high-end residential projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, with experience of developing and maintaining project budgets, forecasts, and reports.
