Mind BLMK is a leading mental health charity working across Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes. We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising and Engagement Administrator to join our Fundraising & Engagement Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team, making a real difference to the mental health and wellbeing of our communities. As a Fundraising and Engagement Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including general admin duties, donor care, and stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Fundraising & Engagement Team, including general admin duties, donor care, and stewardship.
  • Deal with a wide variety of calls and enquiries from the general public, corporate organisations, operational staff, and managers, responding and taking action as appropriate.
  • Responsible for stock checking and supplies and resources and open communication with internal and external parties.
  • Ensure fundraising and marketing materials are stocked, and marketing materials are up to date.
  • Monitor and maintain communications, training and fundraising email boxes.
  • Liaise with internal / external parties regarding training duties as necessary and as directed by the Income Generation Manager.
  • Write and send out outgoing thankyou letters to income streams.
  • Help maintain an up to date and accurate supporter database and finance log.
  • Provide general support to the Fundraising and Engagement Team.
  • Provide general support to other Departments within the organisation.
