The Role

We're looking for a talented Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As an SRE, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our cloud infrastructure. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to design, implement, and monitor our systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and performance
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using monitoring tools and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve problems
  • Establish and measure Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) with engineering teams
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call duties to ensure system availability and performance
  • Build and manage systems, infrastructure, and applications through automation using Terraform and Ansible
  • Deploy, support, and monitor new and existing services, platforms, and application stacks
  • Manage capacity and performance of environments to ensure optimal system performance
What We Need From You

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience with cloud services platforms, container orchestration platforms, and Linux/Unix. You should be proficient in coding languages such as Go, Python, and NodeJS, and have experience with source code management using Git. Experience with monitoring solutions, metric-driven alerting, logging, and tracing is also essential.
