The Role

We're looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our cloud infrastructure. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to design, implement, and monitor our systems, and ensure that they meet our high standards for quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and monitor our cloud infrastructure, including monitoring solutions, metric-driven alerting, logging, and tracing.
  • Work closely with our engineering teams to ensure that our systems meet our high standards for quality and performance.
  • Participate in periodic 24x7 on-call duties to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and that any issues are quickly resolved.
  • Build and manage systems, infrastructure, and applications through automation using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Deploy, support, and monitor new and existing services, platforms, and application stacks.
What We Need From You
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services platforms, including AWS.
  • Experience with container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes and Openshift.
  • Experience with Helm, Kubernetes Operators, or similar package managers for Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix and coding in one or more of the following programming languages: Go, Python, NodeJS.
  • Experience with source code management using Git.
Good to Have
  • Experience with coding in one or more of the following programming languages: Java, PHP, ReactJS.
  • Experience operating a variety of data stores, ideally in the cloud.
