Key Responsibilities:
- Assess care needs and develop programmes of care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

- Supervise and direct the work of other staff within the ward or department, promoting best practice in relation to patient care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
