Bowen Eldridge Recruitment is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Assistant to join their independent Accountancy Practice.

The successful candidate will have prior accountancy practice experience and be AAT qualified, with a strong understanding of financial operations and processes. They will be responsible for assisting in the management of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a challenging and varied role that offers a professional working environment with free parking and a supportive team culture. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of client accounts, including reconciliations and invoicing
  • Provide support for senior staff members, including data entry and document preparation
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • AAT qualified or equivalent experience in accountancy
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
