Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at a leading financial planning firm in Merthyr Tydfil. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new clients and providing exceptional customer service
  • Sending out letters of authority and managing client documentation
  • Liaising with product providers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Working closely with other administrators, paraplanners, and advisers to achieve business objectives
  • General administration duties such as email management and data entry
