Job Description:Salary:
£20,941.95 per annum (pro rata)
Job Responsibilities:
- Support students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), complex medical conditions, and autism in achieving their educational and personal objectives.
- Develop a deeper understanding of Special Education issues and embody the school values in all aspects of the role.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality education and support in line with identified needs.
- Attend training and work towards obtaining formal qualifications, fully funded by us.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Qualifications or willingness to work towards obtaining formal qualifications.
- Ability to think creatively and work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work term-time only.
