Role Overview

The Medico-Legal Centre is seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to support the bereaved and their families in a professional and dignified manner.

This role is key in delivering high-quality services and improving outcomes for the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workload, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the bereaved and their families in a sensitive and empathetic manner
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agencies to achieve shared goals
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
