Job Overview

We currently have a vacancy for a Credit Controller to report into the Group Credit Manager. This role plays a critical part in minimising overdue debt and maximising cash collections by chasing customer payments in line with Company payment terms.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying customer disputes at an early stage in the collection cycle to assist with minimising outstanding debt, including relevant escalations.

This role involves establishing and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and your customer-base to ensure prompt payment and efficient query resolution.
