About the Role

The West Brom is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Products team. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the Society's mortgage plans, ensuring our range of mortgage products meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement mortgage product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new mortgage products, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, product analysts, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform product development and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the mortgage industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends.
