Job Title: Product Manager - Mortgages

Job Summary:

The West Brom is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and management of our mortgage products. As a key member of our Products team, you will be responsible for delivering our mortgage plans, ensuring our products meet customer needs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement mortgage product strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new mortgage products.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Manage product performance metrics, including volume, contribution, and risk.
  • Communicate product information and market insights to senior stakeholders and the wider business.
  • Contribute to the development of annual and 5-year lending plans.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mortgage product management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data and mathematical modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
